About Best Selling Author Ron Mays

Ron Mays resides in Burlington, Ontario. A true student of the game of hockey and of the goaltending position. Ron is the goaltending coach and a scout with the Niagara Ice Dogs of the Ontario Hockey League.

Ron has played and taught the goaltending position for over 24 years and has played an instrumental role in the development of goaltenders of all ages and ability from Mite to the OHL and NCAA.

One of the youngest Advanced Level II certified hockey coaches in Canada's National Coaching Certification Program. Ron recently completed his Masters Degree in Sports Psychology making him one of just a few goaltending coaches in the world to earn this distinction.

Ron is also the writer/producer of three videos/dvds as well as the author of four best-selling books on the goaltending position and is highly regarded for his ability to communicate his knowledge and motivate his students to become the best goaltenders they are capable of becoming.
